Four recipes to make almond milk with a juicer

So here are four different ways you can enjoy your almond milk with different flavors. But do keep in mind that all the recipes here are for those who want to drink their almond milk without pulp. This is the advantage of using a juicer to make almond milk, as you won’t need to stain it.

  • Classic almond milk
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cup almonds
  • 2 cups of water
  • sweetener of your choice

  1. Soak your almonds overnight. This will help to soften them and make them easier to blend.
  2. Drain and rinse the almonds.
  3. Add one almond to your juicer, along with 2 cups of water.
  4. Add the sweetener of your choice if you want to

Turn your juicer on and let it do its work. It should extract all the milk from the almonds while the juicer is running; add another cup of almond milk and two more cups of water. Take it slow; otherwise, the juicer might get stuck.

Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 2 cup almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • sweetener of your choice (optional)

Like any other almond milk recipe, you need to soak the almonds in water overnight or for 4 to 6 hours. Once you have drained and rinsed the almonds, place 1 cup of them in the juicer with 2 cups of water. Before blending, put one teaspoon of vanilla extract and start the juicer machine. If you want to add sweetener, add it with the remaining almonds with 2 cups of water.

Now pour the milk into a jug and store it in the fridge.

Chocolate Almond Milk

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • sweetener of your choice (optional)

Once you have drained and rinsed the soaked almonds, put half of them in the juicer with 2 cups of water. Once the juicer starts to extract the milk, carefully add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). As you can see the milk coming out of the nuts, add the remaining almonds with 2 cups of water.

Strawberry Almond Milk

  • 2 cup almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Once your almonds are soaked in the water and properly rinsed, place the almonds in the juicer with 2 cups of water like all the other almond recipes. Please turn on the juicer and see it extracting the juice. While the juicer is running, slowly add the strawberries, vanilla extract, and the rest of the almonds. If you don’t want to make the almond milk too thick, pour two extra cups of water into it.

Is almond milk safe for your kids?

Ans: Yes, it is completely safe for kids above 12 months or so. But do keep in mind it is not a replacement for breast milk. Almond milk is not enough as a single good source of protein for babies. So it’s important to make sure your child is getting enough protein from other sources as well.

While some fat is essential for your dog’s healthy diet, too much can lead to weight gain and other health problems. Also, almond milk has sugar. While a little sugar isn’t necessarily harmful, too much can lead to diabetes and other health problems. Therefore, it’s important to limit the almond milk your dog consumes.

How long can the almond milk be refrigerated?

The almond milk you made with your juicer will last about 3-4 days in the fridge.

If you want your milk to last longer, you can also freeze your milk in an airtight container. It will last for several weeks in the freezer, but its fats may get separated. So you’ll need to give it a good shake before drinking it.

Can almond milk cause bloat?

Almond milk is a high-fiber food. This means it can cause gas and bloat in some people. If you’re sensitive to fiber, you may want to start with a small amount of almond milk and gradually increase your intake.

As you can see, making almond milk at home is easier than you might think. It’s tastier than an alternative to dairy milk and healthier than store-bought almond milk. The preservatives used in store-bought almond milk may even cause health issues.
